Power-up Sequence
1. Apply VGG = -5.0V (Limit to 4.5mA) 2. Apply VDD = +25V (Limit to 400mA) 3. Adjust VGG more positive until IDQ reaches 40mA Note: VG1 ~ -2.5V, Do not exceed 0.0V 4. Apply the RF input signal Power-down Sequence 1. Turn off the RF input signal 2. Adjust VGG to -5.0V 3. Adjust VDD to 0V |
