Power-up Sequence
1. Apply VG1 = VG2 = -5.0V 2. Apply VD1 = VD2 = 22.0V 3. Adjust VG1 and VG2 more positive until IDQ reaches 600mA Note: VG1 ~ -2.3V, Do not exceed 0.0V 4. Apply the RF input signal Power-down Sequence 1. Turn off the RF input signal 2. Adjust VG1 = VG2 to -5.0V 3. Adjust VD1 = VD2 to 0V |
